Mega Sceptile- Lightning Rod

I'm a big fan of sceptile. Sapphire was my first pokemon game and treeko my starter, and so i'm quite excited about his Mega form.

i quite like dragon types too, so thats a bonus.

this is my idea how lightning rod could look when being used, with his seeds acting as capacitors to store the electricity.
